                               Yearning for a heartbreak  

  

I yearn for you.
I want to take care of you,
I want to make you giggle.
I want to wipe your tears,
calm you down
and hug you.
I would follow you to infinity.
I would fight anyone for you.
I would love anyone for you.
I would live for you.
Is it love???
Maybe.

Love me.
Love me to  just break my heart.
be with me;
just to leave me.
Love me,
just to hate me.
It is better to have loved and lost
than never to have loved at all.

But I love you enough;
to let someone else take care of you.
It will tear my heart apart,
but yours will be loved;
by me;
by her.
I would still yearn for you,
even if it is just a heartbreak.

knight in shining armour

 My knight in shining armour saved me, although he would argue otherwise, saying I saved him. Saying my embrace made softest armour ever. I didn't fight with my life on line I just changed my utensils from metal to earthen since the day i saw him flinch when i accidentally dropped that plate i couldnt undertand at first till i saw him staring at his sword, in the dark, looking into his own eyes, on sharp sharp blade.  Moonlight was piercing his soul. My mistake mustve reminded him of clanging of swords; of his armour; of death; his and his opposites'. Ever since, I make sure that he wears his favourite armour before he goes to sleep. moodboard for this poem.
